Terms of use

CliffShort is a web app (PWA) with short episodic series. The first episodes of each series are free; later ones unlock with coins or a VIP subscription.

Every series is original and generated with artificial intelligence (images, voices and video). The stories and characters are fiction; any resemblance to real people is coincidental. The “AI-generated” label is shown on every series and episode.

You can watch free episodes without an account: we keep your progress in a guest account on this device. To buy or to keep your list across devices you need an account (email, Google or Apple).

You must be at least 16 to create an account and buy. Some series are rated 16+ or 18+ and ask for confirmation before playing. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Coins are the service’s only virtual currency and are only used to unlock episodes. Every coin price is shown with its approximate value in euros.
• Purchased coins never expire. Free coins (check-in, invites, bonuses) may expire, as shown when you get them, and are spent before purchased ones. Welcome coins are added to your account after you watch most (about 90%) of an episode.
• An unlocked episode stays available on your account forever.
• VIP gives access to every episode while active, with no coins. It renews automatically at the end of each period (week, month or year) until you cancel in your profile, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. We remind you before each yearly renewal.
• Coins have no value outside the service and cannot be exchanged for money or moved to other accounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details. Prices include VAT. The rules on the 14-day right of withdrawal and refunds are in the refund policy.

• Do not copy, download, record or redistribute episodes.
• Do not bypass payment, technical limits or video protection, and do not use bots to access the service.
• One account per person. Do not abuse rewards (for example, several accounts to collect the welcome coins more than once, or fake accounts for invites). We may withhold or remove free coins obtained through abuse and suspend the accounts involved.

The series, characters, texts and the CliffShort brand belong to Voxura Studios. If you believe any content infringes your rights, use the contact form: we review it and, where appropriate, take the content down.

We work to keep the service available, but there may be maintenance interruptions. We may change the catalogue, future prices and these terms; important changes are announced in advance and do not affect purchases already made.

You can delete your account at any time in your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account removes your coins and unlocks; we only keep what the law requires (see the privacy policy).

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer. You may also use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
