Refunds and right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. At checkout you can tick the box (never pre-ticked) asking for immediate access and acknowledging that you lose that right for the part already used.

• Coin packs: in your profile, under “Purchases”, the “Withdraw from this purchase” button refunds the value of that pack’s unspent coins, for 14 days. The refunded coins leave your account.
• VIP: cancel any time in your profile; access lasts until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.

You can also withdraw by email (support@cliffshort.com) with a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

• Duplicate charges or our mistakes: always refunded.
• Technical problems that stop you watching an unlocked episode: write to us and we return the coins or the money.

In a refund, the coins bought with that payment (and the free coins that came with it) leave your account. If you had already spent them, the difference becomes an outstanding balance taken from future purchases; episodes already unlocked are not removed. Purchased coins never expire.

Refunds go through Stripe to the same payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The receipt and confirmation arrive by email. See also the terms of use.
